We are looking for a New dedicated OOH Team at MiNightVet Fakenham! Salary up to £65K Depending on experience!

Are you looking for a new clinical challenge, whilst maintaining a great work-life balance?

Would you like to work with a varied and interesting caseload within a flagship Hospital in Norfolk?

Do you have a passion for delivering the highest quality of clinical emergency & critical care?

If yes, this opportunity is just what you are looking for!

We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic and caring small animal vets to join us in OOH's positions for our new dedicated out of hours service in Fakenham.

Our new MiNightVet service will further complement our fantastic day team within Grove Veterinary Hospital, Norfolk. Located just over 20 miles from the coast and less than 1 hour by car from Norwich city centre, this is an ideal location for someone looking for a sea or city break in their time off.

Our facilities include digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy, CT, Visiting MRI scanner, multi-parameter monitoring and a wide range of instrumentation to perform specialist orthopaedic surgery.

We pride ourselves on high standards of care and are looking for like-minded vets, who share these same principles.

You will enjoy a rota pattern of 7 nights on, 14 nights off, 1:6 weekend days and 2 Bank Holidays per year (averaging 10 shifts per month) offering you a great work-life balance. However, we embrace flexible working and would be very happy to discuss a reduced number of nights per month, if you are looking for a part-time role. Tell us what works for you!

We know that benefits are key, and that your personal benefits priorities will differ from others. Holidays, pensions, discounts, paternal leave, fee payments or share save schemes might be your priority. Flexible working is essential for others, and we are very open to finding a creative working pattern that suits. For clinical staff, CPD is probably critical. Just so you know we offer a wide range of amazing CPD - you'll have access to Knowledge Hub, the best online veterinary learning resource within the industry - and we also offer an allowance to spend on external courses too. If you'd like to learn more, do feel free to contact the recruiter managing this campaign and ask them to talk you through our offerings. Or, if easier, you can find a list on our careers site CVS Employee Benefits- what we can offer you. (cvsukltd.co.uk)
