We have an exciting opportunity for a lead vet to join our new practice in Sutton-in-Ashfield. The practice is due to be completed at the end of Summer 2022 and everything will be brand new!

This role will enable you to help develop and shape the growth of this new practice alongside your team, and with the support of your regional team. There will also be the opportunity for branch partnership at this clinic.

Clinical freedom and development of all our staff is important and in this position you will have the opportunity to drive high clinical standards right from the start.

Development of our practices and teams is core to what we do and there will be the opportunity for a fully funded certificate for the right candidate.

Salary package of up to £67,369 PA, including:

Key accountabilities:

As Lead Vet you will be expected to:

• Provide high standards of clinical care to your clients and patients.
• Provide direction and leadership to colleagues in practice.
• Be responsible for the financial and operational performance of your practice and overall team performance and engagement.
• Drive and deliver the exceptional clinical standards in your practice and empower your team to do the same.
• Drive and deliver the commercial performance of the practice and ensure your practice colleagues are all aware of what is required and support all to achieve.

You will have support from your Area Manager and Regional Director to assist, develop and guide you in your role.

Skills and experience:

You must be a RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon to apply for this position.
