I am currently working alongside a well-established practice based on the beautiful Gloucestershire/Wiltshire border as they look to expand their team of expert Veterinary Surgeons.

Well-established within the local community, this fantastic, independent practice pride themselves on the first-class service that they provide to patients and clients alike. Operating from their purpose built and newly refurbished premises they provide a vast array of medical, surgical, diagnostic and imaging services to their loyal and expanding client base. The practice caters to both Small Animal and Equine patients meaning an interest in both fields would be beneficial however, the practice will also consider Vets that are exclusively Small Animal.

The practice is looking to enlist the services of a confident Veterinary Surgeon with at least 2 years UK experience. You will need to be confident with routine surgery and consultations and have a friendly, empathetic approach in your dealings with clients. Ideally you will also have experience in more complex surgeries including laparoscopic procedures and a professional history that has given you some exposure to basic equine work as this will form a small percentage of the workload however, exclusively small animal candidates will also be considered for the role.

The Role:

- 4 days per week
- No OOHs!
- 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30 to 4:30)
- 15-minute consultations
- 4 Vet team

The Package:

- Salary up to £60k
- CPD allowance £1,000 plus 5 days
