We are predominantly first opinion but encourage Vets to follow up on their particular areas of interest and expertise. We also regularly have visiting specialists. We take pride in providing excellent inpatient and client care. Case continuity is important to us as during your time at Hunt’s Veterinary Centre you will build a great rapport with our wonderful clients.

The rota involves working full-time, 39 hours per week over 4 days, initially at the main hospital in Poynton, with one or two other vets, then gradually undertaking vaccinations and routine cases at one of the branches, with another vet always at the end of a phone. The standard shifts are from 8:00am-5:30pm, 8:30pm-6:00pm or 9:00am-6:30pm. Saturdays are 2 in 5, with the rota organised so you will be working with another experienced vet, from 8:00am-4:00pm. There are no out-of-hours or Bank Holiday shifts.
