Veterinary Surgeon - Full Time - Oadby Vets4Pets

  • £33,000 to £58,000 pro rata
  • 26-40 Hours a week (Mornings only or 4 full days)

If only vets grew on trees… Our search continues for a kind, compassionate and easy going individual to enhance and expand our existing team. This is the perfect role for a vet with a surgical bias wanting a diverse orthopedic and soft tissue caseload but would equally suit a new grad wanting a supportive and caring environment to get their career off to a flying start.

Salary package:

  • Set or flexible day off each week, regular long weekends off for FT role
  • Saturday rota is a choice of 1:2 mornings or 1:4 full days
  • No Sundays, OOH or Bank Holiday, minimal sole charge
  • 5 days paid CPD leave and a minimum annual budget of £1750. Funding up to certificate level
  • 4 weeks holiday + bank holidays increasing to 5 weeks + bank holidays after 2-year full service PLUS birthday leave, further incentives, and bonuses at 5 and 10 years
  • Access to on-site MHFA, support and mentoring
