We are recruiting for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our happy, enthusiastic and dedicated small animal veterinary team at Alver Vets, Gosport. We are a fully affiliated nurse training facility. We have a vibrant and friendly team who have an abundance of knowledge and experience, this allows for a fantastic working environment with plenty of support and development.

We support our fantastic 7 Vet team that includes certificate holders in Medicine and Imaging and other colleagues that are working towards certificates in their preferred field - we love to encourage development here!

Our practice is 100% small animal, working out of 3 sites. Two of these sites are fully equipped for surgeries as well as routine procedures and consultations. Some of our nurses have specific interests and run dedicated clinics. We love to share our knowledge and experiences by discussing these on a daily basis along with in-house CPD and external CPD.

The role:
  • Full time- 40 hours per week (part time applications are welcome)
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays
  • Further training actively encouraged and supported
