We are growing our senior leadership team and have a unique opportunity for an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist (ECVDI or ACVR) to join us in the role of UK National Imaging Lead.

The role provides an opportunity for you to lead and shape the Diagnostic Imaging discipline nationwide and support collaboration with imaging colleagues internationally across Europe and Canada.

The successful applicant for this role will join a growing team of National Leads in Cardiology, Emergency & Critical Care, Internal Medicine, and Surgery. The team will continue to grow as we create opportunities across further disciplines. Alongside your team, you will –

  • Provide leadership for Diagnostic Imaging and related specialist disciplines across our clinical sites
  • Ensure the culture of high clinical and professional standards delivered in a customer focussed and commercially sustainable environment is embedded across our referral teams
  • Act as an ambassador for the IVC Evidensia referral network within the industry
  • Lead by example when delivering clinical care on site
  • Be an ambassador for Our Values.

Brilliant never stays the same

This role would suit someone looking to work 4 days per week. Your week will consist of 2 days per week clinical in one of our large multi discipline referral sites and 2 days per week remote, working on leadership tasks such as:

  • Developing, promoting, and leading a culture within our hospital sites consistent with our Values and our clinical and professional standards and service goals
  • Supporting the operational and clinical leadership teams in creating a consistent hospital working environment across our hospital sites
  • Identifying and networking with future specialists
  • Developing clinical audit measures related to your speciality area Promoting the feeling of a national team in your speciality and related areas including development of speciality meetings
  • Developing a national strategy for your speciality area including the consideration of training programmes and sharing of resources across the group
  • Leading evidence-based projects in your speciality area
  • Supporting the Academy and Learning & Development in areas related to Diagnostic Imaging
