Registered Veterinary Nurse

The Role

Island Veterinary Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their busy practice in Stone! The successful candidate will carry out general nursing duties including consultations, theatre prep surgery, stock control, vet support and insurance claims.

This is a full-time position working four 10-hour shifts per week, with no out-of-hours and no weekends! We are happy to offer a salary of up to £26,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus.

About Us

We are a small but busy branch practice based in the town centre of Stone, where you will have access to a staff car park and great, local amenities. We are very lucky to have a friendly and well-established client base, meaning our team take care of a varied caseload daily. To help us provide the very best care we are equipped with some fantastic facilities such as x-ray, ultrasound, laboratory, and general theatre. Our dynamic team is made up of 1-2 veterinary surgeons, an experienced receptionist, and a team of support staff.

Applicant Requirements

The successful candidate will be a registered veterinary nurse who is dedicated to putting animal care at the heart of everything they do. You will be confident in sole charge work but be willing to work alongside our fantastic team to help provide the very best care to our clients and their pets.
