We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our practice in Crosby, Merseyside.

Joining our professional, personable team in the Mews, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listening and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.

As a qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery, and will continue your development by working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

You will also display good communication skills and the desire to share your knowledge and skills by being an outstanding, positive example to others.

We are seeking a vet with good diagnostic and communication skills. This is a great opportunity to improve both medical and surgical skills in a first opinion practice with up-to-date equipment - ultrasound, digital X-ray including dental, Idexx Catalyst, and class 4 laser

This role is full time working 39 hours per week over 4 days giving you a great work/home life balance. Weekends will be on a rotation. We can also offer part-time hours please email to discuss what you are looking for.

Salary package up to £64,100 dependent on experience, FTE

The Mews Vet Centre is a long-established surgery based in Crosby, a pleasant suburban area to the north of Liverpool.

We have an experienced team at The Mews which consists of a Lead Veterinary Surgeon, 2 Veterinary Surgeons, an HRVN, 3 RVNs, 3 Patient Care Assistants, and 2 Receptionists.
