A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our clinics in Medivet Kingsbury and Kenton. 

This is a Mobile role working for a 4-day week within two lovely clinics with each team made up of a Lead Vet, Head Veterinary Nurse, and SVN. 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of small animal experience (UK or equivalent) confident working under sole charge and in basic routine surgeries. 

The role will see you working in different practice environments with our bustling 24-Hour Hospital on your doorstep, allowing you to gain exposure to varied surgeries and learn from a diverse team of veterinary professionals! 

Salary, hours, and benefits: 

• - Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience 
• - Vehicle or £2500 allowance 
• - £1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave

Medivet Kingsbury is a one-vet practice led by our lovely lead veterinary surgeon Tasie and our experienced Head Nurse Ros. Kingsbury is a beautiful and spacious practice that has a second consult room for nurse consults or a potential second vet in the future. It has access to its in-house lab and X-rays however it is also located a short drive away from our Hendon hospital where more complex diagnostic procedures can be carried out.

Medivet Kenton is a busy and successful one-vet practice led by our amazing lead veterinary surgeon Barbara. It has access to its in-house lab and digital X-rays. Barbara is interested in acupuncture and is currently providing this service for her patients which has had extremely good results. 

Medivet Kingsbury and Medivet Kenton are situated in North London, just a short drive away from our 24-Hour Hendon Hospital. 

Here, you will have access to state-of-the-art equipment; it houses an MRI/CT unit and so treats much interesting neurology, medicine, surgical and other cases. Plus endoscopy, arthroscopy, digital x-ray, ultrasound, multi-parameter monitors, and in-house blood.

Hendon manages all out-of-hour care for the region with a dedicated night team! And, the group is supported by its pet blood bank and laboratory.
