Mixed Veterinary Surgeon Needed ** GRADUATE APPLICANTS WELCOMED** - Tyne and Wear

My client in the Tyne and Wear area is looking for a Mixed Veterinary Surgeon to join the team in their independently owned group.

This practice are proud to offer 24 hour emergency care as well as being veterinary nurse training practice and RCVS accredited. Their team of experienced vets and nursing staff are on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing round the clock care for their clients.
Every branch this client operates offers a wide range of services including vaccinations, flea and worm treatment, free puppy and kitten checks, dietary advice and weight clinics, dental clinics, elderly pet checks, behaviour clinics and pet passports.

Some of the diagnostic and surgical services available to their clients include fully-equipped operating theatres at every branch, dental equipment, radiography, ultrasonography, endoscopy, ECG and in-house laboratories.

They are in need of a Mixed veterinary Surgeon to join their team. The mix is 80% small animal, 10% farm and 10% equine and would be 4 days per week but can be flexible. There would be 1 full weekend on call in every 6 (for every full weekend worked, no night on call the following week and a Friday or Monday off to make a long weekend) and 1 Saturday morning in 3 (one of these will be part of the full weekend on call every. Bank Holiday cove is usually shared.
