We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join on a zero-hours contract, this means there is complete flexibility in the hours you work.

This would suit working mums and dads, those who live abroad and want to work in the UK or just those who want a bit more flexibility around their working life!

Positions available across our Faygate region to include West Sussex, Surrey and East Sussex. You will not be expected to cover all branches in this area, just the ones which suit you.

You will be well supported by other Veterinary Surgeons within the region as well as across the group, many of which are certificate holders in different areas of interest.

You will have access to advanced equipment, such as a CT scanner, digital x-rays, ultrasound, laparoscopic equipment as well as the usual toys.

Alongside that, you will be local to other Medivet practices that you can get a second opinion on or refer to.

We can offer you a competitive salary, depending on experience.

The additional benefit of being on a zero-hours contract means you get 12.07% of your hours worked paid in addition to a holiday!

You will be:

• An MRCVS with experience gained in small animal practice.
• Competent in clinical examination and surgery, working in sole charge or as part of the wider team.
• Good communication skills and the desire to share your knowledge and skills by being an outstanding, positive example to others.
