We take huge pride in our team and consider them to be a vital part of what makes us a great practice. We believe discussing cases and sharing opinions extremely important and actively encourage openness and teamwork.

Don’t just take our word for it, here’s what the team have to say about working at Alma.

“The team at Alma are very close. We work hard to deliver the best possible care for the patients, with varying nurses working hard through the night to ensure inpatients are well looked after 24/7. The facilities are fantastic, with mandatory cleaning of walls & surfaces daily providing a sterile working environment. The prep and wards provide a spacious working area, allowing vets and nurses to work productively throughout the day, enabling multiple pets to be seen at one time.” Caitlyn – RVN.

I have worked here since November 2021, and it has been the best job I’ve ever had! I come to work every day with a smile. I love the people I work with, they’re all amazing. Being a part of the reception team has changed my life and the reception girls are fantastic! We work so well as a team, and we all help each other. Jenny our head receptionist is phenomenal, she always helps us when we need it and is so supportive. I have made some great friends at the hospital and wouldn’t change it for the world.” – Kaiya, receptionist.
