This is a family run practice established for over 45 years. There are 8 bright, modern, air-conditioned branches and their policy has always been to treat all their staff – at whatever level – with respect, more like friends than employees.

This is a busy practice with an exceptionally wide and varied surgical caseload – ideal for honing or practising your skills and learning new ones.

The team includes certificate holders in imaging and emergency and critical care, along with other vets have special interests in exotics, ocular procedures, and orthopaedic surgery. 

Each day each vet has a mixture of operating and consulting. This makes each day both interesting and varied, with time to follow your own cases.
Modern, very well-equipped main Tier 2 operating centre, with five surgical theatres, direct digital x-ray, endoscopy, advanced ultrasound, separate dog and cat wards and a hydrotherapy unit with a dedicated physiotherapy team.

A highly supportive practice and welcome applications from recently qualified or more experienced vets, with exceptional salaries to match.

They are located close to the Pennines with six airports within 1.5 hours. Only 20 to 30 minutes from Leeds and Sheffield. Fantastic value housing and great schools.

Alternate 4/5-day alternate weeks. (37 hours / 30 hours)
