Company

Our mission at Calder Vets is simply this – to provide a first class personal, caring and professional service to you and your pet, backed up by some of the best facilities in the North of England.

We will do our utmost to provide and advise you on the best preventative healthcare. However, should your pet become ill we will always try and discuss all the available options with you; from basic, simple treatments through to more advanced tests and procedures, should they be required. This means you can make the right decision for your pet armed with all the information you need.

Our vets will always advise you based on what they genuinely believe is in the best interests of your pet. No one at Calder Vets is on commission or ‘performance related pay’, and never will be. All we ask our vets and nurses is that they look after your pets as if they were there own. The number of clients who recommended us to their friends and family is hopefully testament to this.

The nature of Veterinary Medicine is changing, but our practice is still owned by and run by Vets only. This is something that will never change.
