My clients are looking for a Lead Vet with the drive and ambition to join a branch and lead it on to its full potential.

This role would suit an experienced vet who enjoys all aspects of first opinion practice but is also an opportunity for a vet who is ready for their next step in their career, whilst working alongside an experienced and supportive team in a well-established practice. This is a great opportunity to improve and utilise both medical and surgical skills in a first opinion practice with up to date equipment - ultrasound, digital X-ray including dental, Idexx Catalyst and class 4 laser.

The successful candidate would need to have exceptional communication skills and enjoy dealing with clients. Some management or natural leadership experience would be beneficial. In return they can offer an attractive salary and benefits package.

This role is full time working 39 hours per week over 4 days giving you a great work/home life balance. Weekends will be on a rotation basis.

They can also support Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa if you meet the criteria and are eligible to register as a veterinary surgeon with the RCVS upon arrival in the UK.
