Practice Director required at Richmond House Vets, Dewsbury

Here at Richmond House, we are looking for a Practice Director to join the team.

The role will involve:

Leadership duties:

• Ensure that all employees are given appropriate leadership, guidance, development, and appraisals.

Management duties:

• Financial performance and management, including the achievement of the EBITDA as set out in the Practice Budget and Business Plan.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, including but not limited to all HR, H&S, financial, GDPR & compliance, and security.
• Marketing and Business Development:
• Discuss, plan, and promote practice promotional events.
• Prepare and execute a marketing plan and monitor results, coordinating local advertising where and when required.
• Coordinate design and production of practice brochures, stationery, newsletters, and client surveys, etc.

Rota

The rota will involve working 5 days per week. The hours are full time, but we would consider less hours for the right candidate. The hours are from 9:00am-5:00pm and there are no weekends or out of hours.

Salary

The salary for this role is up to £50,000 depending on experience.

About Us

We are a busy first opinion practice in Dewsbury that offer all routine surgery plus some more advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic procedures. We have a fully equipped operating room with ultrasonic instrument cleaning and vacuum sterilisers separated from non-clean procedure areas, including a separate diagnostic x-ray/ultrasound room.

In house blood testing, using the latest Idexx analysers and also Sedivue analyser for urine sediment analysis. Facilities to offer blood pressure testing, cryosurgery, to perform suction and have a fully integrated dental machine.

Dewsbury is in a great central location in the fabulous county of Yorkshire, with many great locations close by including beautiful countryside and buzzing city locations.

We have a culture of consideration and kindness in the practice toward the patients but also to staff members. Our main aim with patients is always to provide the highest-level clinical care, regardless of whether the client is insured or has less to spend.
