Practice Director

Multi-Site Practice Director opportunity based in Devon.

The suitable candidate for this exciting opportunity will be an experienced and dynamic leader, with proven commercial acumen, capable of directing the team in delivering high quality and personable veterinary care across the sites and disciplines. Large scale healthcare or veterinary industry experience advantageous but not essential as each site has its own committed Clinical Director.

The successful candidate would need to directly oversee multi-site operations and business activities, leading and developing the team, in conjunction with the clinical leads and practice managers at each site, and leading and delivering projects to future proof our position in the community, partnering effectively with IVCE ops management team.

You would demonstrate a strategic orientation by translating vision into actionable plans and activities and by managing operations effectively to achieve objectives. You would need to develop an in-depth understanding of our local market and relationships with existing and potential large animal clients in particular.

You would lead on multi-site financial activities, including monthly reviewal of financial statements to strategically plan and implement appropriate corrective action in response to variances and trends taking ownership of the P&L, responsible for meeting and exceeding expected financial results.
