Medivet Melbourn are currently seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team.

Our well-established recently extended and refurbished branch comes well-equipped with digital x-rays, dental X-rays, ultrasound, in-house laboratory and much more!

We are looking for someone keen to establish themselves as an enthusiastic colleague whilst working in a supportive network. You must have a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills and work to high standards both medically and surgically. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience. Career progression is actively promoted and partnership opportunities are available for the right candidate.

The role is full time working a 4 day week plus weekend rota, no on-call or OOH giving you an excellent work-life balance. Part time applications also welcomed.

Salary package up to £55k depending on experience, to include:

• Competitive salary

• Vehicle or £2,500 vehicle allowance

• £7,800 accommodation allowance

• £1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave

• VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid

• 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
