Be part of one of the UK's leading Small Animal Veterinary Centres! 

A great opportunity has arisen for an additional Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) clinician to join our expanding team working within our stunning, purpose-built, state-of-the-art Veterinary Hospital.

This role will provide a unique opportunity to:

  • Provide emergency care for a wide range of cases from our local primary care practices
  • Work alongside Specialists in multiple disciplines to support the provision of emergency referrals Deliver exceptional inpatient care to emergency cases requiring prolonged hospitalisation and to critical cases, with support from our ECC Specialists

This well-remunerated position has working hours consisting of 5–7 day blocks of dayshifts or backshifts (evenings) with some on-call. Weekend work would typically be 1:3 to 1:4; a rotating rota gives regular blocks of 14 days off to ensure an outstanding work-life balance.

The successful applicant should have at least two years of postgraduate experience in small animal practice and share our values of providing the best possible levels of care. There will be ample support and great case exposure for those interested in enrolling on a certificate, or plenty of scope to develop your skills further if you already have a postgraduate qualification. The position could also suit individuals with ambitions to undertake Specialist training in the future.
