Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a full time Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse (Lead RVN) to join our well-established practice with a varied caseload. The purpose of this role is to maintain an overview of the nursing team and provision of patient care across the team that you lead.  You will work closely with the Clinical Nursing Manager (CNM) to achieve this aim.

If you are looking to progress into a leadership role within the Mars Veterinary Health Group, then this could be a great opportunity for you. Although 95% of the role is clinical, there will be development and progression of your skills in a leadership capacity.

Based within easy access of the M4 with designated parking and great commuter links, Moor Cottage is an ideal location.  We benefit from fantastic, loyal clients and wonderful patients and have been in the same location for over 50 years.

We are looking for a Lead RVN to provide clear leadership to the nursing community within clinic but your interests and desires to develop will be supported and encouraged. 

Weekend working will be required on a shared rota basis.
