As qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery, confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team. You will also display good communication skills and the desire to share your knowledge and skills by being an outstanding, positive example to others.

Skills and experience: The ideal candidate will be:

- Between 2 and 5 years experience (or above) in small animal practice.
- Comfortable with sole charge
- Comfortable with most routine surgeries
- Comfortable with some travel to branches
- Dedicated to clinical excellence and development - Friendly and approachable, with good communication skills

We can also support Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa if you meet the criteria and are eligible to register as a veterinary surgeon with the RCVS upon arrival in the UK.

Branch: You would join our Mobile Vet Team, working at a small selection of our Oxford branches. The mobile team are a vital part of our model, providing support to the wider regional team. We like to have set patterns for our mobile vets, limiting the number of practices they visit to 3 or 4 and we will work closely with them to tailor their structure to their requirements as much as possible.
