Clinical Director or Practice Director - Castle Veterinary Surgeons - County Durham

Then we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vet with an interest in leading committed and supportive teams, to join us as our Clinical Director at Castle Veterinary Surgeons, based across two sites in Barnard Castle and Bishop Auckland, Co Durham. We can also consider an RVN who has previous experience in a similar role or looking to take the next step in their career to join us as Practice Director.

Our main surgery at Barnard Castle is in a lovely rural market town, however, close to good transport links and the cities of Durham and Newcastle. The Lake District is easily accessible via a very scenic trip over the A66.

This is a role which will allow you to maintain your clinical skills whilst utilising and developing people leadership and business management skills. Experience in the promotion and development of colleagues along with good knowledge of practice financial stability and growth would be an advantage.
