We are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our Watford 24-Hour Hospital.

This role would be ideal for someone interested in Internal Medicine or Imaging. 

Medivet Watford is fully equipped with lab equipment, ultrasound, endoscopy, radiography and CT. With a team of numerous certificate holders in Medicine, Surgery and Imaging.

Working in the hospital will allow you to develop your veterinary skills in a supportive and collaborative environment, gaining experience from skilled colleagues and sharing knowledge to deliver outstanding service and care for our clients and patients.

Full time salary package up to £72,369 per annum depending on experience to include:

Skills and experience:

RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of 1 years UK small animal experience or equivalent.

Interest in Internal Medicine or Imaging.

Exceptional communication skills, able to build up great working relationships both with clients and colleagues!

Watford 24-Hour is the hospital for eighteen branches across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Greater London.

The hospital is led by our two Branch Partners, Andrea and Candice with a fantastic team of certificate holders including Small Animal Surgery and Orthopaedics, Medicine and Imaging.

The hospital is well equipped with diagnostic ultrasound, endoscopy, CT, dental X-ray and a full orthopaedic theatre.

Our seven hospital vets are always on hand to help you work up tricky cases and provide advanced surgical procedures for your patients. And, of course, the hospital provides 24-hour care, with a vet and two support staff on duty all night, every night.
