An opportunity has arisen for a confident and proactive veterinary nurse to join our one vet practice in Speke, Merseyside.

The practice has its own on-site laboratory and full range of diagnostic equipment such as ultrasound and digital x-ray facilities. You will also have access to our 24-hour hospital in Alder, which hosts Liverpool's Veterinary Emergency Service and provides a dedicated out-of-hours service to many other local Medivet and external practices. You will lead your team to ensure exceptional care is delivered to both our patients and clients. Full support will be provided as you will work closely within our experienced team.

We are looking for an experienced RVN who shares our passion for delivering outstanding service and care for our clients and patients. You may have previous experience leading a team or you're ready to take the next step into a head nurse position.

You will have a friendly and positive attitude and want to progress and expand your knowledge and skills further. We also offer a Head Nurse Development Programme to give our nurses the best support in their career development.

This role is full time of 40 hours per week with 1:8 full weekends.

Medivet Speke is a friendly one Vet practice that has a lovely loyal client base. Within your role you will work alongside a supportive team of two Nurses and a Receptionist.
