Hospital Manager

My client is looking for a Hospital Manager to lead their team,

You will be an excellent communicator and responsible for ensuring high standards of patient and client care are delivered throughout the hospital.

You will be instrumental in the development of the hospital and its relationships with local communities and practices, and ensuring the practice is complaint with all regulatory bodies. 

Strong leadership experience is key as is experience with HR and complaints.

The hospital is in the process of being refurbished so you will be expected to liase with contractors where needed

You will have various duties including:

• Providing management and leadership to both clinical and non-clinical staff including the development and implementation of regular performance reviews and performance management
• Ensure adequate staff training and inductions are provided
• You will be in charge of all Health and Safety throughout the hospital 
• Writing out rotas and ensuring sufficient staffing levels within the Hospital including recruitment as required
• Drive the hospital forward in its journey both clinically and commercially
• Ensure a high standard of client care throughout the hospital
• Oversee and manage the complaints handling process
• Work in partnership with the clinical team to optimise the service to clients, patients 
•  Oversee the management of an efficient stock management system including implementing stock takes,
• Work with the clinical leaders and senior management team to monitor financial performance of the Hospital

Working hours

Your standard working hours will be an average of 40 hours per week, part time hours will be considered.
