Busy, well equipped, family feel 3 branch practice seeking a dedicated Theatre RVN to join our expanding team
The Role:
Dedicated theatre nurse at our main Kidlington site, to include but not limited to
- Ensuring the smooth running of our daily ops list
- Ordering and preparing equipment for orthopaedic, endoscopic and laparoscopic surgeries
- Utilising Schedule 3 skills, doing procedures such as x-rays, dental work and stitch ups
- Supporting our SVN's in learning theatre skills
This role would be working either 8-5, 5 days a week or 8-7. 4 days a week, although other hours/days or part time applications may be considered. We currently work one in four Saturdays from 8.30 to 5pm, with time in lieu offered, no Sundays and bank holidays on a rotation basis (less than one a year, with pay and TOIL offered).

We are a Tier 2 RCVS Accredited and ISFM Silver Certificated 3 branch practice based in and around the beautiful city of Oxford. All 3 sites are training practices. We are well equipped, offering aseptic theatres, multi-parameters, bair huggers, x-ray, ultrasound and dentistry at all 3 branches. We also offer laparoscopic procedures and orthopaedics from out Kidlington branch, alongside a visiting Cardiac Specialist and Physiotherapist.

About You:
We are looking for someone reliable and ambitious with excellent patient and client care standards, that communicates well. This role would suit an RVN who is ready to take on more responsibility and has an interest in surgical work. Schedule 3 training is strongly encouraged.
