Registered Veterinary Nurse - Aberdeenshire

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 additional Registered Veterinary Nurses to join our existing, friendly and supportive team. Our nurses have a full and varied caseload with a balanced rota, CPD and additional qualifications funded and encouraged. The position is full time, working 4 days on 4 days off, rolling working shifts between 6am - 10pm.

We have a spacious, modern, well equipped premises with large consulting rooms, two state of the art purpose built surgical suites hosting positive pressure air filtration systems and a third theatre for contaminated operations.

Our amazing, hardworking team of friendly and supportive staff includes three orthopaedic surgeons, two medical clinicians, a visiting neurologist four Interns and twelve RVNs which includes three dedicated Night Nurses for overnight inpatient care. We offer a comprehensive service which includes fixed CT scanner, DR radiography system, arthroscopy, ultrasound, endoscopy and a full complement of orthopaedic inventory as well as a visiting MRI. Our anaesthetic protocols regularly include nerve blocks for most orthopaedic procedures.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiast RVN, with a keen interest in gold standard patient care. Newly qualified or those awaiting entry to the register would be considered.
