Based in the beautiful North Aberdeenshire, Scotland, where castles, beaches, mountains, golfing, sailing and dolphins are all available within an hour's drive of the practice. Aberdeen airport is only around an hour's drive too!
The role you will play:
We are looking for an experienced, progressive and passionate small animal Vet to join us as Head Vet at Deveron Veterinary Surgeons. You will lead, inspire and help manage our veterinary team on a day-to-day basis. We want someone to continue to shape our amazing practice into an example of clinical excellence and patient care in the North East of Scotland. We have huge potential and you will be part of moulding our future!

The practice has two sites across the North East Coast of Scotland, with the main branch in Turriff and a branch practice in MacDuff. Turriff has a wealth of space with 3 consult rooms, separate dog and cat kennels, a separate imaging suite with ultrasound and digital radiography, separate prep area and spacious bright theatre. The opportunities for growth and development of the practice is limited only by your ambition. We have an enthusiastic, engaged and passionate clinical team made up of 5 vets and 4 nurse, with a great range of experience. This is backed up by an experienced and caring support team. A surgical certificate holder who routinely performs referral surgery in our Turriff branch also supports us. A strong working relationship with neighbouring practices also provides the opportunity for further growth and collaboration within a larger group.
You will be a confident experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for either your first steps into a leadership role or an already established leader looking for a new challenge. You will be a motivated enthusiastic Vet with high clinical standards.
