An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered veterinary nurse to join our well-established Scunthorpe team.

We have an excellent team and aim to build strong and lasting relationships with our clients and patients. Your role will be working as part of a team that supports in theatre, provides inpatient care and carries out consults, admissions and discharges.

This is a full-time, fixed contract role working 40 hours per week with 1:6 weekends. A fair share of bank holidays and on call. 

Salary up to £22,370 PA

The Scunthorpe practice has 3 consult rooms, separate dog and cat ward, prep room, digital x-ray and a lab with inhouse blood machines and theatre. 

Scunthorpe is located in North Lincolnshire just off the M180 and M18 motorways allowing easy transport links to the Lincolnshire Wolds, Hull, Doncaster, Lincoln and York. It is a bustling town with restaurants, cinema, shopping parks and many other activities.

For those who enjoy country air and long walk, Scunthorpe is a stones throw away from the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the highest land between Kent and Yorkshire. In the Wold there are many quaint market villages with plenty of independent shops and history to explore.

To the East there is the popular seaside resort of Cleethorpes with many traditional seaside restaurants and activities, the boating lake, The Jungle Zoo and Cleethorpes Light Railway.
