New or Recent Graduate Veterinary Surgeon – Astonlee Veterinary Centre

Has your first few months in general practice not been what you expected? Is hearing the phrase 'that might be what you've learned at university but that's not how it's done in reality?' a common occurrence?

Are you looking for a more structured graduate programme, designed by experienced vets, which will fully support you in your first years in practice?

If so, then the opportunity to join us at Astonlee Veterinary Centre in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire might be just for you!

At Astonlee we are committed to providing excellent new graduate development, by providing a programme that offers you the right support network and clinical mentoring in your practice, as well as dedicated CPD days throughout the year - CPD days that allow you to share experiences with fellow graduates, whilst also supporting you with clinical skills, business insight, wellbeing support and resilience techniques from the start.

We are a well equipped practice with a very supportive team that are dedicated to ensuring the right balance of animal welfare, client satisfaction, and work:life balance.

This is a full time role based on a 40-hour 4-day week with 1 in 4 Saturday shifts. There is no out-of-hours. You will be working alongside experienced vets and nurses who will provide consistent support, and challenge, to maximise your clinical development.
