Joining our professional, personable team in our Shepshed practice (Vet Value), you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.

In this diverse and dynamic role, you’ll be an RCVS Registered Nurse with small animal practice experience, you put high standards of patient care first and can demonstrate how you’ve worked with empathy and demonstrated initiative when needed. You also understand not only your role but also the capabilities of PCA’s and student nurses, and are eager to help colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge. This role is available immediately. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week for 4 days per week with 1:4 half weekends giving you a great work life balance.

Strong mentorship and support will be available to help you develop your career and get the most satisfaction from your role. You will have the opportunity form part of a community of Head nurses, a platform which activity promotes the sharing of ideas and suggestions with other head nurses within the region.

Clinical coach experience would be desirable, with a passion to support and develop future student nurses whilst leading by example. You will be fully supported within your move and we will offer full management training through our dedicated in-house Head Veterinary Nurse development program.
