Registered Veterinary Nurse

The Role
Here at Cedarmount Veterinary Clinic, we are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team. Our Nurses are vital for the day-to-day management of our clinic. The main duties will include admissions, surgical and hospital nursing, diagnostics, discharging patients, and nurse consulting.
The rota will involve working 4 or 5 days per week, but we do offer some flexibility. Our shift patterns include an early shift from 8:00am to 5:00pm and later shifts from 12:00pm-8:00pm. The Saturday rota is 1:6 Saturday mornings from 8:00am-2:00pm and the kennel cover during the rest of that weekend. There is no out of hours with this role.

Salary is up to £28,000 dependent on experience.

About Us
Cedarmount Veterinary Clinic is a busy first opinion small animal practice with a small amount of referral work. We offer a high standard of care with high-quality diagnostics and staff who are dedicated to providing the best care for our clients. We are based in Bangor, only 20 minutes from Belfast.
We currently have 7 Veterinary Surgeons with 4 of them holding certificates including Medicine and Radiology, and 1 Veterinary Surgeon is an Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Medicine. We also have 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, and 4 Kennel Care Assistants. Our successful applicant will augment our nursing team working closely with the other Nurses, Vets and Kennel Assistants.
