The Role

We are looking for a Clinical Director on a full-time basis based within our Invergordon branch to run our 3-site mixed practice clinics in the beautiful area of Easter Ross in Scotland. Working in partnership with the management team and our Business Support Manager, you will provide inspirational and visible leadership, empowering all staff with a strong sense of purpose. Playing a key role in setting our direction in line with our strategic plan, you will maximise practice performance in terms of both client and patient care, and sustainable profitability. This is a full-time position working 5 days per week with 1 in 4 OOH.

Salary

Up to £75,000 depending on experience.

Relocation package is available for the right candidate.

About Us

We are a rural mixed practice is located 30 minutes north of Inverness. We have three branches Invergordon, Alness & Tain and our workload is 80% small animal, 20% large animal (beef, sheep and first opinion horse work). We pride ourselves on a high standard of customer care and a relaxed and happy work environment. Our team is made up of 6 Vets, 3 Nurses and 10 support staff.

Easter Ross Vets is situated on the picturesque black isle overlooking the Cromarty Firth with great access to outdoor activities including hillwalking, water sports, Dunrobin Castle and Dolphin watching. We are only 25 minutes from Inverness and on the brilliant NC500 trail. Our main branch is in Invergordon and other branches in Historical Tain and the award winning town of Alness. Great community and countryside only 1 hour away from Inverness Airport.

Applicant Requirements

We are looking for an experienced mixed Vet to join a hard-working team. Good communication skills are vital, must have previous clinical experience in a small animal practice, team management experience, motivated to facilitate change with a strong “can do” attitude, excellent organisational capability with a focused mindset.
