Night Veterinary Surgeon - Full time - Huntingdon

Cromwell Vets – Night Vet Vacancy.

We are looking for a confident, talented and experienced veterinary surgeon to join our friendly, passionate Night team.

During our night shifts there are two Vet Surgeons working until midnight, Monday to Friday and a second Vet on call on Saturdays and Sundays.  You would also be working alongside 2 Night RVN's. This is a great role with fantastic support and a good rota.

4 week rolling rota:

• Week 1: 7 on    (5 twilights 4pm-midnight), (2 nights 7pm-8am)
• Week 2: 7 off
• Week 3: 5 on    (Nights 7pm-8am)
• Week 4: 9 off

               (This rota includes just 1 weekend in 4!)

Salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience!

Cromwell Vets are a busy 24-hour first opinion small animal hospital, RCVS accredited, with 5 branch surgeries and a fabulous physiotherapy/hydrotherapy centre. Our practice has been caring for pets for over 100 years and we pride ourselves on providing the very best care and service for our pets and their owners. We are fortunate to have our tier 3 hospital with excellent facilities and equipment and it is an exciting time to be joining us as we are now primed ready for further growth including a move to a new purpose-built hospital.

Many of our clinical team hold certificates in Medicine, Surgery, Cardiology, Dermatology and Diagnostic imaging, with Advanced Practitioners in Medicine and Surgery. We are always keen to support professional development and certificates, where possible.
