The role:
We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Head Nurse to join us on a permanent basis in this lovely 1 vet practice based in Maidstone, Kent.
We are looking for a Head Veterinary Nurse who is motivated and independent, ideally with previous management experience, as you will be leading a small support staff team. Medivet offers full training and support on our Head Vet Nurse training pathway to support in your professional and personal development within the role.
This role is ideal for someone wanting to keep in the close to general nursing and develop as a head nurse. You will help support and develop the support staff and ideally have experience as a clinical coach or ready to take the step as a clinical coach,
