Veterinary Surgeon

Small animal vet, role consists of consulting, inpatient care and surgery time, any special interests are encouraged and accommodated where possible.

The Practice

We are an 8 vet team, when fully staffed, we have a great nursing and VCA team , we have a certificate holder in ophthalmology and dermatology and a visiting specialist surgeon. We have an onsite night team. We are well equipped.

Location

Orpington is located in Kent, inside the M25, it has a direct train link to central London. It is near Gatwick airpot , and has a easy drive to the channel tunnel.

The Role

Small animal role, full time or part time, we can be flexible about hours. Full time role is a 40 hour week, spread over four or five days, with one Saturday in three currently. No sole charge or OOH. (Though some OOH will be available if anyone wants to do it!)

Successful Candidate

We are looking for two enthusiastic vets, with some experience, who are happy to work in a team.   

The Package

Salary £35-£70,000. Holidays, twenty days holiday which equates to five weeks, plus the bank holidays. CPD allowance of £1000 plus 5 days per annum, we encourage and support certificate study.
