Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Felixstowe

We are looking to recruit a  small animal vet to join our five vet team in our independent practice based in the popular seaside town of Felixstowe in a beautiful location on the edge of Trimley Marshes Nature Reserve.

Our vets are supported by three RVNs, a trainee RVN and another ten fantastic support staff and we would love to welcome you to join our friendly independent team.

Our rota includes a 5 pm finish time, a half day off every week, one Saturday in 5 and no out of hours. You will be working in our well-equipped RCVS accredited practice which includes a spacious waiting room, four consulting rooms all with natural light and air conditioning, a spacious theatre, dental room, separate cat and dog wards, a hydrotherapy clinic, and a spacious staff room with fantastic views!

We are an expanding practice looking to recruit a vet wanting to work in a close supportive team. Our team includes a qualified RCVS VetGDP adviser so any new graduate applicants will have the support  they need as they start to develop their practice.

CPD and undertaking further formal education is encouraged and funded to give vets the opportunity to develop skills in their area of interest. The practice prides itself as being part of the local community and we are a close team. You will be working in an environment where you can flourish and develop your veterinary skills.

Pay is dependent on experience but all pay packages include a car allowance and a pension scheme.
