Veterinary Surgeon required at Fenwold Vets, Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our fantastic team here at Fenwold Veterinary Practice.
 
A usual day at Fenwold vets would see you consulting or operating between 9am - 1pm, the Vet team swap over at 11 am so you have the chance to operate every day. You will then have some time to catch up on notes and have a well-earned lunch break before afternoon consulting start again at 2:30pm until 5pm. (This may change as we exit covid)
 
•    We are open to all experience levels and can offer a Salary between £34000-£50000 DOE
•    4.5 days per week.
•    15-minute consultations
•    1 in 5 OOH on-call rota, with phones taken for you and calls screened.  In addition, you will have a dedicated nurse/nursing assistant on call with you at all times.
•    The rota is flexible - so we can make sure you get the time off you need when you need it.
 
About Us
Fenwold Veterinary Practice is a 3 site 6 vet Tier 2 accredited small animal practice.
Our 3 Directors are all certificate holders, including a medicine, surgery and an Advanced Practitioner in Veterinary Dermatology, taking referrals from within the practice and other surrounding practices. One of the Surgeons also has a keen exotics interest and does work for the  Lincolnshire Wildlife Park;  www.lincswildlife.com.
 
We see a varied and exciting caseload and alongside routine cases, we carry out orthopaedics, advanced surgeries, ECC cases and we even care for some exotic patients including Tigers, Parrots, Lemurs and more! As well as the usual  Digital Radiography, fully equipped operating theatres and ultrasound at all 3 branches,  we also have endoscopes, full plating and pinning equipment for orthopedics and an in house lab at Spilsby and Skegness.
