Our successful Hunters Bar Practice are looking for a passionate and forward thinking individual to lead and guide their team. Hunters Bar comprises of 2 branch practices which include Hunters Bar based in the south of Sheffield and the Dronfield site based in North Derbyshire. We are looking for a Clinical Director or a Practice Director to join our team who will provide support, leadership and management to our practices on a day to day basis. As Clinical or Practice Director you will be responsible for leadership and staff development, maintaining our high standards of client and patient care and identifying ways in which we can improve. You will liaise closely with the Regional Director and have the support of our Hub Clinical Lead along with an Operational Support Manager to ensure the practice continues to deliver outstanding service to our clients and patients.  

For this role there is the opportunity for the right candidate to be enrolled on our leadership course that we designed specifically to support growth within our colleagues by giving you the foundations to build your management career upon. This course will give you a qualification that is endorsed by Training Qualifications UK!

To succeed in this role you will need either a track record in leadership or a Vet looking for a supportive environment as they move into leadership, and be committed to the wellbeing of your staff and colleagues.
