Job Details

Galedin Veterinary & E-vets Borders offer the latest facilities, equipment and care. You will work as part of a large team of supportive vets, whose interests include internal medicine, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, and exotics. You will have access to a wealth of veterinary experience as well as the wider vetPartners group. We encourage and support further qualifications including study towards a certificate and offer a generous annual CPD allowance of £1750 (pro rata).

Small Animal Veterinary Surgeons - Berwick-Upon-Tweed

We have opportunities for experienced or recently graduated Small Animal Veterinary Surgeons to join our friendly, supportive team at our large well-equipped modern surgery, located in the beautiful historic walled town of Berwick-Upon-Tweed. The location allows you to enjoy the Cheviot hills and a stunning coastline while still having easy access to Edinburgh or Newcastle.

We are proud to provide our own OOH service and these additional positions will result in an improved rota and work life balance. Full time vets usually work 4.5 days a week. The role would also suit part time or flexible working.

For more information or to apply for one of these roles, please telephone Heather Boyle or Chris Richardson on 01289 330066 or send your CV to heather.boyle@galedinvet.com

Emergency Veterinary Surgeons - E-vets Borders

We are looking for 2 Emergency and Critical Care OOH Veterinary Surgeons to join and expand our team on a shared rota covering weeknights and weekends. E-vets Borders is based at our Galedin Veterinary premises at Galashiels. This well-equipped and modern facility (with a recently added ICU) provides OOH emergency and critical care within the Scottish Borders area. Galashiels is a modern, lively town in the heart of the Scottish Borders and offers easy access to Edinburgh.

A genuine enthusiasm for emergency and critical care is required and the applicant would ideally be confident working as the sole vet alongside an experienced RVN. Full or part time hours will be considered.
