We’re always looking for people who aspire to stand out in their field, and it’s this vision and enthusiasm that forms the foundation of how we work.
We provide ongoing support to our teams, both in practice, online and through our dedicated training centre. This empowers you to get the very best from our advanced equipment while being on your journey to veterinary excellence.
The role:
Our practice in Crowle is in a charming, historical market town, set in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Right on the Crowle Morrs, it is close to Scunthorpe city and a short drive from the Lincolnshire Wolds.
This is a clinical leadership position within a Medivet Practice and is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to take ownership to make a practice their own. We are looking for a great communicator, someone with ambition and drive to lead the team and to ensure our wonderful clients and patients are given gold standard care.
General duties & expectations include: providing direction and leadership to colleagues in practice, to be responsible for the financial and operational performance of your practice and overall team performance/engagement, ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical quality and care standards in your practice, encouraging a progressive clinical culture, following and implementing Medivet policies and procedures while ensuring they are adhered to by your team and work with your Area Manager and practice colleagues to deliver exceptional care whilst driving your practice forward.
Salary & Benefits:
- Negotiable salary package from £40,000 to £65,000 depending on experience, which includes a CPD allowance of £1,500 plus 3 days CPD leave per annum.
- Accommodation Allowance.
- Vehicle allowance or company vehicle.
- RCVS, VDS, BVA fees paid.
- 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Certificate opportunities paid for by us.
- 24 hour access to wellbeing and employee assistance programme.
- Employee discounts & rewards via Happi Benefits.
- 4 weeks sabbatical for every 5-year service.
The ideal candidate will need to be a RCVS registered veterinary surgeon with at least three years small animal experience. This is a full-time position, working 4 days per week plus 1 in 6 full weekends.
We can support Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa if you meet the criteria and are eligible to register as a veterinary surgeon with the RCVS upon arrival in the UK.
Medivet is growing rapidly and it is an exciting time to join us - we encourage growth and development within our roles and are truly committed to helping our Medivet family members achieve their goals.
