The Role
We are currently looking for a deputy clinical director to assist with running our group of four surgeries in East Northamptonshire and North Bedfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, motivated team and take the next step in your career. There are no out of hours, just 1 in 3 Saturday mornings and no Sundays.

As a deputy clinical director, you will take a senior position within the team and be predominantly based at our Thrapston and Rushden branches, although some of your time may also be spent at our Burton Latimer and Sandy practices. You will help to oversee the day to day running of our practices and plan for the group’s future, working closely with the clinical director. The position is a permanent, full-time role, however part-time hours will be considered.

A large part of your duties will be clinical with a good mixture of consultations and surgery. You will be enrolled onto the IVC Evidensia Leadership and Development Programme which is a fantastic learning and development course for surgeons stepping into a managerial position. Although a large part of your role will include clinical and mentoring duties, time will be allocated for any managerial/administrative duties. This opportunity offers you a fantastic steppingstone into a managerial role with the support of a superb training programme and the added benefit of managerial mentoring from an experienced Clinical Director.
