Job Details
We are seeking a friendly, dynamic Veterinary Surgeon to work in our Tyldesley clinic.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of small animal practice experience and be confident working sole charge. A client-orientated approach and excellent communication skills is a must, alongside the ability to work to a high standard both medically and surgically.
This role will be working alongside our other experienced vets.

Salary and hours
This role works to a 4 day week with either 1:3 Saturday's or 1:6 full weekends

We are offering a very competitive salary up to £55,000 dependent on experience which includes:
Accommodation and a vehicle or vehicle allowance, a generous £1500 CPD allowance which is designed to drive your progress with 3-days CPD leave, RCVS, VDS and BVA membership paid. 5 weeks annual leave allowance, plus blank holidays.
Key accountabilities:
Joining our professional, personable team in the practice, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.
As a qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team. Sharing our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you will have all the softer skills essential to working effectively, building trusting relationships with your colleagues, harnessing our one team culture.
You will also display good communication skills and the desire to share your knowledge and skills by being an outstanding, positive example to others.

The clinic is well-equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in house blood machines, laparoscopic and endoscopic equipment.
