Clinical Director - Hertfordshire

My clients are looking for someone with ambition to pursue a veterinary career to the next level. Someone who believes in high quality client and patient care tailored to each individual; someone who enjoys people and will relish supporting and coordinating a fun, capable and caring team. We need someone who believes as fervently in independent vet practice as we do and with enough interest in the business side of things to keep our idealistic niche practice thriving.

The role will involve some routine clinical vetting, responsibility for broadening surgical case load, supervision and support for the vet team, management of staffing and clinic appointments, and generally helping to maintain and develop a business which has the welfare and care of patients and their owners at front and centre of everything my clients do.
