Veterinary Surgeon - Full Time - Friern Barnet

We are looking for a personable and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join our thriving small animal practice based in Friern Barnet, North London.

Based at the Pegasus Retail Park, the practice offers free onsite parking, easy access to the North Circular and is in close proximity to the neighbouring counties of Hertfordshire and Essex.

This established practice is purpose built with state of the art equipment including digital x-ray, ultrasound and fully equipped lab facilities.

The team see a fairly even split of dogs and cats with the average age range for patients sitting between 1-5 years old.    

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team of 1 Full Time Vet, 1 VCA, 1 SVN, a Client Care Advisor and a Practice Manager. A real variety of interests are held within the team with Partner, Zuzana having a particular passion for internal medicine. Zuzana is very supportive of CPD and ongoing development so if you have a particular interest, this may be the practice for you!

Due to the experience within the existing team, Zuzana is looking for a Vet who is confident with all routine surgical and medical cases and an element of sole charge. All applicants must be friendly and approachable and enjoy building strong relationships with patients and clients.    

This role is working 35 hours per week, offering flexible working - would consider candidates working over 5 days instead of 4. Everything is up for negotiation for the right candidate however, so please do get in contact with us for a chat if you are interested!  There will be no OOH ensuring an excellent work/life balance!
