Registered Veterinary Nurse

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team here at Lady Dane Vets, Faversham on a fixed term contract! Ideally you will enjoy all aspects of general nursing and providing a first-class service to our clients and patients. We have a fully equipped laboratory for running in house bloods and further tests as well as digital radiography along with a dedicated operating theatre and dental suite. We are hoping for you to join us from November 2021 for 1 year. The salary will be from £20,000+.

 About Us

Originally based at Toachim House on South Street, the practice moved to the purpose-built Lady Dane Veterinary Centre in April 1998. The centre takes its name from the local farm that incorporated the site on which we stand. In October 2019 the practice joined with IVC Evidensia, a group of independently run practices across the UK and Europe. We can offer good parking spacious and a bright, open practice, located in an idyllic market town in Kent, with two branch practices.

 About the Team

Our friendly team is made up of 6 Vets, 5 Veterinary Nurses and 1 trainee. We have a team of good support staff accounts and reception. We have a friendly and supportive culture in practice with an ethos of encouraging each other’s successes and growth.

 Applicant Requirements

We are looking for a qualified RVN with experience taking on all roles of nursing including nurse clinics, working in a team and solo. You will be a great communication, have a positive can do attitude and excellent bedside manner.
