Veterinary Surgeon - Polbeth

The Role

We are currently looking for a full time or part time Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team in Polbeth. Polbeth is one of our younger surgeries where we continue to provide both routine and emergency care for our clients and link closely with our main hospital in Dunfermline for any critical cases. This is a full time or part time role and hours can be discussed with each candidate at interview stage.

About Us

Inglis vets is a Veterinary Group with branch surgeries all around Fife, Kinross, Clackmannan, Edinburgh and Polbeth, with our main hospital based in Dunfermline, Fife. We have a fantastic team of friendly, enthusiastic staff and provide the highest level of veterinary services to our clients and their pets. The Inglis team consists of more than 100 employees, with around 32 Veterinary Surgeons and 32 Veterinary Nurses as well as over 40 Client Care and support team members. Our Polbeth surgery is one of our smallest branches with one Client Care Advisor, one Registered Veterinary Nurse and one Veterinary Surgeon working together to help drive the surgery forward.

Applicant Requirements

We have an incredible team of highly skilled individuals and are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Veterinary Surgeon to join our team and help build the Polbeth surgery as we continue to grow. Candidates should be confident working sole charge and as part of a team. Experience in emergency care as well as routine consultation and operations is desired and able to work closely not only with the Polbeth team, but the teams at our main hospital and branch surgeries as well.
