Night Veterinary Surgeon

Our client in the South Yorkshire area is looking for an experienced Veterinary surgeon to join their dedicated team on a 7 night on 14 nights off basis (7 nights on 21 nights off rota will also be considered)at the 24 hour purpose built hospital, compete with digital x-ray, ultrasound and full body CT scanner, VVS and an in house laboratory.

The practice has 3 large consulting rooms, 2 theatres, large prep area, internal lab facilities and large learning and office spaces.

This clients clinics works closely with the other practices in South Yorkshire, giving you scope to share best practice and assist with complex cases. You will be fully supported by an experienced Veterinary Nurse and twilight PCA, alongside their excellent training and development opportunities, you will have a platform to thrive in an out of hours environment.

They provide an excellent first opinion, emergency, critical care, and referral service and work to the highest clinical gold standards. They also are very privileged to work alongside a multi-disciplinary Virtual Referral Service VVS. The VVS digital platform makes it possible to have real-time live interactions with Veterinary Specialists. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to treat a wide range of patients and conditions with the support of dedicated professionals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years' UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience.
