Registered Veterinary Nurse

We require a full-time nurse who is passionate about animals, and who can provide excellent customer service.  Your job role will include, assisting the veterinary surgeons in theatre, monitoring pets in wards and conducting nurse consults, along with other nursing duties required on a daily basis. We would be willing to have a discussion about part-time working if that was more desirable for you.

The Practice
We are an independent, friendly and welcoming small animal practice. There are over twenty members of staff in the team, and most of them have been with us for many years. Owing to an increase in demand, we find ourselves short of veterinary nurses, and are looking for someone special to become part of the staff.

Location
The practice is based within the leafy surroundings of Rouken Glen Park. There is ample parking, two cafes and lots of space to have a walk or a run during your lunch hour. Or if you prefer, you can sit in the staff area reading a book.

The Package
Professional Membership for RCVS and VDS will be paid annually. CPD allowance is also included and encouraged.

Salary Scale £22,000- £28,000 dependent on experience. Pension scheme and staff discounts are also included.
